Position: Psychotherapist
Independently licensed psychotherapist (LCSW or equivalent)
We are seeking 2- 4 full-time (caseload ~25 sessions/wk) fee for service psychotherapists (LCSW or equivalent) to join our thriving private practice. Compensation at full time ranges for $100k-$140k, less the first year while onboarding ($60-90k depending on retention rate). Benefits include 401k w profit share, health insurance, sick pay, family leave and disability.
Ideal candidate has proficiency with at least one trauma-focused, experiential modality, such as EMDR, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, IFS, EFT or similar. Interest in group, couple and/or family work a plus. Looking for candidates with a track record of taking a proactive role in their own learning, respond well to feedback and have and find a healthy balance between working independently and seeking support. participation a thriving learning community. We seek candidates deeply committed to their own healing journey, consistently raising self-awareness and developing skill in working across intersectional identities and power dynamics, with a strong work ethic and organizational skills. Candidates of diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include:
Conducting intake interviews & ongoing assessment
Diagnosis & treatment planning
Completing documentation in a timely and thorough fashion
Attending weekly supervision (individual and group) & community meetings
Comfort with technology is essential, including videotaping for supervision and web-based tools.
Shared marketing jointly with our staff to increase client inquiries
